• All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the Site in US Dollars (USD) or unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

If your PayPal account is not denominated in US Dollars (USD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Acceptance of your Order

Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and minitrendz will be completed when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are included in the contract formed. All sales contracts are therefore concluded in Hong Kong and are written in English.

We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

• The product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards or
• due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.
• We identify a pricing or product description error.
• We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

Payment

We accept payments made by PayPal.

By placing an order using PayPal payment methods, you confirm that the PayPal account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to minitrendz, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Our payment processes meet the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry to make your shopping experience safe and secure. If you have registered an account on the Site and have decided to save your card details with us, your details will be fully encrypted, solely used to process card transactions that you have initiated and securely stored on our systems. In the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when using our Services.

Shipping and Collections

We only ships to address registered in minitrendz.com and match it with your PayPal address. These two addresses should match. We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, from the day we receive your order and your payment is fully received. We ship our package through Hong Kong Post Registered Mail using bubble pack envelopes without jewelry box or from our China warehouse. Shipping days will usually took from 5-21 business days, depending on your country and location, and will extend up to one month during peak and holiday season. Please understand that we have no control over courier company.

minitrendz reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Returns

Please inform us within 3 days upon received of the product.  Articles are accepted for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 1 week, accompanied by a sales receipt. If for any reason there are incorrect, missing or defective items, you can return your order for an exchange. Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order. Return items must be in original condition, undamaged box and/or packaging and not fall under the list of non-refundable brands / items.

Liability

minitrendz shall endeavour our best effort to deliver a pleasant online shopping experience, however we do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted. error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Where there are discrepancies between various language versions of the web, the English version shall govern.
