MEMBERS:

1. Strictly no spamming, no advertising. Accounts will be automatically deleted without further notice and warning if we know that you are spamming and advertising here at minitrendz.com.
2. Registration should be in real name, real address only.
3. Only “verified purchase member” from minitrendz.com are able to write purchase feedback and review.
4. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the color of the item themselves maybe slightly different from the photography.
5. All products will have slight difference of 1cm to 3cm due to hand measurement.
6. For handmade products, please understand that every piece is unique.

PAYMENT:

1. All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD).
2. We accept payment through PayPal and ships ONLY to the address you registered in PayPal.
3. We will only process shipment when payment is fully received and verified. The shipping process usually took 3-7 business days, depending on what type of product you buy. We will inform you once order is shipped.

SHIPPING:

1. All jewelries will be shipped from Hong Kong office or China warehouse.
2. All shipments will be shipped out with “tracking number” using e-packets.
3. Orders more than one can be ship combined or separated in one package.
4. Please double check your shipping address CAREFULLY to make sure it is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost, stolen, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address. Shipping insurance are not covered in all free shipping items. You can request to purchase for shipping insurance for an extra fee. Please contact us if you need to purchase shipping insurance. Please write “NO ZIP CODE” if there is no zip code required in your country.
5. The estimated time of arrival for your order is usually from 14-21 days, depending on your country and location, and will extend up to one month during peak and holiday season. Please understand that we have no control over courier companies.
6. Buyers are responsible for their own customs declaration. Buyers should make sure that the products bought are accepted in your own home countries.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

1. All products are quality inspected before shipment. But in occasional cases, you receive a broken or damaged items, please inform us within 3 days upon receive. Refunds will be given in full, excluding shipping charges, upon return of the item in its original package.
2. Returns are accepted if product received is not as described.

CANCELLATION:

1. To avoid fraud and scam, we will cancel your order if your shipping address is not the same as your PayPal registered address.
2. Other than the cancellation mentioned above, cancellation for any other reasons are not allowed after paid.
